Service Policy

FreshTank is a service-based business — we do not ship physical goods. This page explains how the on-site cleaning service is "delivered" and what to expect on the day of your booking.

1. Service delivery

Our trained crew arrives at the address you specified during booking, within the time slot you selected. Each slot is 90 minutes long; actual cleaning time depends on tank size and condition (typically 30–180 minutes).

2. Service area

We currently operate in select pincodes in India. The app validates serviceability by pincode at booking time. If we don't yet serve your area, you'll see a notice and won't be able to confirm a booking.

3. On-arrival expectations

  • The crew calls or messages you when they're nearby.
  • Please ensure unobstructed access to the tank, water, and a power outlet (if needed).
  • Please keep pets and small children away from the work area for safety.

4. Delays

If we anticipate a delay (traffic, prior job overrun, weather), we'll notify you via WhatsApp / SMS and offer to reschedule. You can also cancel without charge if the delay exceeds 60 minutes.

5. Rescheduling

You can request a reschedule by contacting support@freshtank.in at least 2 hours before the slot. Same-day reschedules are honored when crew capacity allows.

6. Tracking

The booking screen in the app shows real-time status: Booked → Crew assigned → En route → Cleaning → Done. You can also call the assigned crew directly from the app once they're assigned.
